1. Goods

* All items sold here in CIFO are products of OEM factories in china. However, they are NOT authentic.
* OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer
* All items sold here are 1:1 replica(size) of the original item unless stated.
* The quality of our items are of highest quality and comfort. We have bought in samples to check and choose the quality before recommending them to you.
* We are selling GRADE A's items and we assure you that what you see in the picture is what you will get in the end.


2. Bank transfer



We only accept the following method of payment.

* Cash-in – Immediate
* Online transfer (same bank) – Immediate
* Online transfer (different bank) – 2 days

We will provide you with our bank account information in the confirmation reply you will receive after placing an order with us.



3. Delivery

We will be using PosLaju Malaysia as the price is cheapest compared to other courier providers.

Q: What happen when the Postlaju postman arrives and there is no one at home to receive it?
A: They will leave a card at your doorstep or postbox and ask you to
collect it from the post office or you may request them to send again.


Q: What are Pos Malaysia's opening hours?
A: 8.30 am to 9.30 pm, Monday to Saturday
(except 1st Saturday of the month and Public Holiday)
