CIFO Terms and Procedure

1.Contact us thru email to check about the item you want. To make things easier, please copy and paste the order form provided and fill it in, remember to state your item code. Send the email to cifos@live.com

You will receive a confirmation reply including the total price of items and delivery, together with payment method and details within 24 hours. (If you do not receive any reply within 24 hours, do try to inform us once more cz there might be some technical problems).

[Note: Please note that some sizes and types of items will be out of stock from time to time; I will always check the avaibility of the item you ordered and will have you notified about the status. Information will be given in your confirmation reply.]

2. Goods are delivered straight from OEM Factories in China, therefore It would take some time to reach Malaysia. A Pre-order session would be available for a short amount of time before products are available in Malaysia.

3. For the Pre-order session, we will accumulate 10 orders until we end the session and make an order from the suppliers.

4. By the end of Pre-order session, we will inform you and a deposit of 50% should be paid before 3 days after the end date of the session. If payment is not made within the time frame, your order will be cancelled.

5. After you have made your payment, please kindly notify us through email together with the reference number of your transaction. Once we have confirmed that the payment is received, your order is considered firm.

[Note: The item will take around 14-20 days to reach Malaysia. Please do not order if you cannot wait.]

5. Once the item is here, we will contact you, and you will need to clear the remaining balance within 5 days. Goods will be delivered to you on the 6th day. (Do notify us again after you have made the rest of payments.)

6. Goods will only be delivered to you after we have confirmed receiving your payment. When everything is settled, you can just sit back and wait for your item to reach your doorstep!

[Note: Seriously No backouts! Backout buyers will be blacklisted and notified to other sellers.]
